For Thighs:
- Lie on your back on a mat.
- Bend your knees to about 45 degrees with your feet flat on the ground.
- Place the toner between your inner thighs.
- Squeeze your thighs together.
- Perform 15 to 20 repetitions. For increased intensity, do slow repetitions or pause at the beginning of the compression movement.
For Arms and Chest:
- Grip the toner handles with your hands, holding it in front of you, either sitting or standing.
- Ensure the toner is correctly positioned so the middle of the "V" shape pushes outward when you press inward.
- Push the handles together while allowing your elbows to move outward to the sides.
- Perform 15 to 20 repetitions. This exercise targets your chest muscles.
